Project Management Consultancy Plus Company Limited

We are individuals with 18 years of project exposures within the region of Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam & Cambodia.

We work closely in different stages of design and deliverance of projects up to handing over which transcends to defects maintenance management.

Our key responsibilities are to lead and deliver the project ON and OFF site. We would strongly believe it is our responsibility to deliver it in best solution as possible. High caution to the deadlines as well budgets, play a role in our decision making. Bearing in mind the contractual obligation and specification will tag along in our decisions.

Managing various sites, have given us a wide range of perspectives to solve design issues towards buildability. We have driven to present ourselves to a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of project & property management, including key principles and practices. Strive to analyze, plan and undertake effective leadership and executive decision-making. In PMC+, we groom our staff to communicate effectively within our fellow discipline and industry, in both people-related communication and teamwork. We have the ability to initiate, manage and drive changes through the application of a sound financial budgets.

LOGESWARAN Subramaniam

Managing Director / Chairman / Principal

Starting his career in Malaysia 20 years ago with a Malaysian construction firm as MEP Engineer before pursuing his Bachelors In Architecture (Hons). In 2007, he then pursued his passion & join one of the pioneers in Architectural Consultancy Firm in Singapore. This experience have led him to deliver multiple projects on and off site with high responsibility as Project Architect, Project Manager and as Project Director representing Lead Consultants and Developers throughout his career. High caution to the deadlines as well the budgets on crucial decision making without compromising QAQC & Primary Design Intent. Experienced as a builder’s representative, gives him an advantage to understand the works and to see beyond drawings.

SOK Kakada

Architect

Having to handle both design and site matters, his coordination skill is highly recommendable to achieve the objective of a project. Highly focus on value of a project and take necessary action accordingly. With varies of Project Typology and Value involvement, making decision appropriately is not an issue to have better deliverance as a client representation, consultant or as a contractor. His 360 view for all stake-holders, allows him to be the main coordinator for some of the key project assignment.

HEANG Sreypich

Quantity Surveyor

She ensures project deliverables are achieved in accordance to the contract. She is proactive in allocating the resources required by the projects, by monitoring and implement the analysis on Cost Plan (Budget) for upcoming project, Tender Management to Final Account Stage. Sreypich also takes the lead on routine Interim Payment and Valuation Process, which includes monitoring Variation Orders. Another useful contribution from her part to previous projects were being resourceful in obtaining quotations from varies parties in timely manner which is one of the key factor for Sreypich being ahead of her role makes her the reliable QS.

CHOMBUN Chhai

Architect

Having a technical background in detailing and solving technical conflict between trades, Chhai resolves the conflict in drawings instead letting it to go to site. This assures our clients to have a minimised errors design solution during the construction stage. He has a well thought technical solution to carry forward from the drawing board to site. Dedicated and highly focus on his role & responsibility for both design as well site coordination duties.

NOP Putdane

Assistant Architect

Started her experience as an Architectural Apprentice with PMC+ and progressively upgraded herself to Assistant Architect. Determined to learn and expand her knowledge on complex projects with new method of presenting architecture. She believes not everything going to be taught via books and its learned more with hands-on working environment. Here in PMC+, she is exposed with Masterplanning, Highrise Building, Key Building Guidelines and Design Principals related to Fire Safety and Maintenance.

AM Savuth

Assistant Architect

Joining the Architectural Apprentices Programme under PMC+, Savuth were one of who manage grasp the essential of Technical Coordination of a Highrise Building Projects. Graduating from this programme, he were repositioned himself as Assistant Architect in relevant to his performance and determination.He have shown his ability to manage multiple projects and a delivers the task diligently. He also shown his strength on visualization & aesthetics realization of a space, building and environment. In PMC+, he been exposed on Planning Guidelines, Practicality of Public Spaces and User Friendly Design Practice.

CHHEM Vanthorn

Quantity Surveyor

With 10 years experience as a Senior QS focusing on all matters related to Cost & Contracts. He ensures project deliverables are achieved in accordance to contract & execute smooth take-over and handover for the site team. Effectively allocate the resources required by the projects to monitor and implement the projects with analysis on Cost Plan (Budget) for upcoming project, Tender Management, Managing assign project from Pre-Construction to Final Account Stage. Vanthorn also take the lead on routine Interim Payment and Valuation Process. As a QS, he also prepare and monitor VO and Valuation.

SALAM Shakirin

Assistant Architect

Shakirin completed his Architectural Apprentices Programme under PMC+ in August 2023. From this programme, he were positioned as Assistant Architect based on his consistency and ability to deliver the task diligently. His strength are on technical solution carried forward from the drawing board to site. Dedicated and highly focus on his role & responsibility for both design as well site coordination duties to carry out inspections as well managing defects thru the stage of handovers. He have been well exposed on Technical Detailing & Specifications as well working on taking off in Tender Documentation Process.

LIM Mengly

Engineer

Mengly came under PMC+, as a site engineer and worked his way up to site manager and progressivey toward a Project Manager. He ave managed some of our construction management role. He is an Civil Engineer by trade and well experienced in High Rise Projects. Completed projects including Orkide Royal Condominium, OTK Royal Condominium, North Bridge Condominium and currently in-charge for Finishing Work Management in Novotel BKK1. Soft-spoken but good eye for details and spotting errors prior to completion of work.

Ma Soxrady

Engineer

Rady is a very diligent talent. His core experience started as a sub-contractor representative involved preparing Shop Drawings to executing the work on site till Testing & Commissioning. Understands well on necessary Code Of Practice which makes him as PMC+ key coordinator to bridge Design & Site Works. With up to 9 years in the industry, he have completed multiple complex projects such as Data Centre, Condominium, Office Towers and Master Planning.

KHUN Chhan

Engineer

Chhan is well exposed on actual MEP works site activities. He is one of PMC+ key MEP Engineer. From time to time he assist with the workability of Consolidated MEP Drawings. His input assist the team to clear understanding of what works and what may face coordination as well maintenance issues. Chann have worked on Highrise, villas, Borey Development and varies of commercial building type. These typologies of project also compliment his experience on site QAQC supervision. Electrical System, Water Supply & Waste Water System will be his core strength, from drawing board to Testing & Commissioning.

TOEM Sokunteyea

Architectural Intern

Currently Heng, is in the Architectural Apprentices Programme under PMC+, Heng is expected to graduate December 2023. He is a skillful architectural illustrator. Learning his way on technical drawings, urban planning and building design here in PMC+. Here the team with multi-trade background, Heng is expected to grow his architectural training as an all rounder. He is also given exposure site works to conduct QAQC inspection and site coordination matters.
